SSW Students: Welcome! Your courses' Moodle sites will be available at the end of the day on Monday, May 12.

To access your courses' Moodle sites, log in using the box on the left side of this page.

Smith students, faculty and staff, use your Novell (email name) and password to log in.

Five College students, your accounts are now being automatically generated. You should recieve an email with your specific username and password. They will take the form of the initial of your home institution - your email up to the @ sign. Please change your password once you log in. The initials of the home institutions are:

Amherst = a

Hampshire = h

Mt. Holyoke = m

Umass = u

Other = o

For example, if an Amherst student named John Peters were enrolled in a Smith course, and his school email were jpeters2@amherst.edu, his Smith Moodle username would be a-jpeters2.

If you did not pre-register last fall, please visit the Registrar's Office in College Hall to have your information entered into Smith's system. Your Moodle account will be created the next morning.

High School students and other guests please visit the User Support Center (USC) in Stoddard Hall 23 to request an account.

Once you are logged in, the courses you are enrolled in are listed in the My Courses box on the left. Just click on the course name to enter that course.


If you need to change your password, please follow the directions below:

• For people with a Novell / Groupwise account, please follow this link: https://www.smith.edu/its/util/changepass.php. Keep in mind this will change both your Moodle password and also your Groupwise password.
  


• For all other users, please log in, go to any of your courses, and click your name, then click the "Edit profile" tab.
